We also have a legal requirement to keep invoices for 7 years in accordance with Accounting and HMRC guidelines for tax and accountancy purposes.

Information collected about our website users is stored in the back-end of the website on a secure server with the latest encryption and security technologies. Only the web designer and business owner have access to this server.

- To make updates / amendments to this information if it is incorrect
- To request that part of the information stored is deleted
- To request that all the information stored is deleted
