Delivery Information

Delivery information last updated 1st April 2019.

All orders over £30 qualify for free delivery.

All orders under £30 will be charged at the standard delivery rate of £4.95 per order.  Please note this price applies to UK Mainland addresses only.

Deliveries to non UK Mainland addresses will incur an additional fee.  We recommend that you contact us before placing your order to confirm the additional delivery costs.  If you place an order without first agreeing to the additional costs we will contact you to confirm the cost before processing your order.  Non UK Mainland addresses include but are not limited to : The north of Scotland, The Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight

We do not offer international deliveries at this time.

All orders will be processed (picked and packed) within 24 hours of receipt unless there is an issue (such as postage costs) that require contact with the customer.

Standard delivery time is 3-4 working days.

We currently do not offer a next day delivery service but in special circumstances we will do our best to ship next day.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements and confirm shipping costs etc.


Returning a Product

In the unlikely event a product arrives damaged or faulty please contact us using the online form on our ‘Contact Us‘ Page.  Once we have received your initial email we will ask you to provide photographic evidence of the problem (for instance damaged packaging or faulty goods).  Once this is completed we will liaise with the customer to arrange a replacement item, exchange or refund.

Please note that you will be required to return the product to us in the original packaging (wherever possible).  When returning items the goods remain your responsibility until received back at our office so please ensure that products are well packaged to prevent any damage.

With the exception of faulty or damaged goods Designer Decor is not responsible for the return postage and we do recommend that all customers obtain a certificate of postage in case any parcel fails to reach us.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and return the items to us.  This must be done by email within 5 working days of receiving your items.  You will then need to return the entire order to us – at your own expense.  Once we have received the entire order back we will issue a full refund (including your original delivery charge if applicable).
